Finally, you must head back down from the Erdtree till you reach the Royal Capital. After defeating Morgott, you have all you need to access the Grand Lift of Rold. For this purpose, you must either head back to the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace or use the fast travel option.

You can still find the Rold Route on the world map after acquiring the Rold Medallion, as shown in the picture. However, the exact path that you must take isn’t obvious on the map. To access the academy, you need a Glintstone Key. The Glintstone Key is near the academy, but a Glintstone Dragon Smarag guards it.

The exact location is west of the Raya Lucaria Academy. ‘1’ marks the spot where the dragon is with the Glintstone Key. There is also a site of grace called Temple Quarters just south of it. Sleeping Glintstone Dragon guarding the Glintstone Key. The good thing about this Glintstone Key is that you don’t have to fight the dragon to get it.

You can quickly run in, grab the key, and make a quick getaway on your mount. Quickly run to the back of the dragon from the right side. The Glintstone Key is on a mage’s corpse. There is another site of grace called Crystalline Woods directly behind the rock structure with the key.

• Follow the route shown in this image as soon as you get the key to reach the second site of grace.
